HOW TO USE
HOW TO USE
Dispense cleansing oil onto palms of dry hands. Massage over dry face and neck. Wet fingertips with water and emulsify into a milky consistency.
Rinse thoroughly with water and follow with preferred Bio-Pacific cleanser. Can be used morning and night before cleansing.
